Utility Bidder takes 5,200 sq ft Enterprise City office

The energy, gas, and telecom price comparison company has set up shop at Allied London’s ABC Buildings off Quay Street in Manchester.

The new 5,200 sq ft office marks an expansion for the Corby-headquartered Utility Bidder, which previously had its Manchester base at 3 Hardman Square.

“Transitioning to a more sophisticated location for our Manchester branch marks the next stage in Utility Bidder’s continuous expansion”, said Chris Shaw, chief executive of Utility Bidder.

“The new office space, designed to accommodate additional team members in line with our growth objectives, not only provides ample room but also boasts various advantages,” he continued.

“Situated in the prime location of Manchester city centre, the office enhances our team’s working experience, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive since the team has already seamlessly settled into their new environment.”

Utility Bidder praised the amenities offered at ABC Buildings, including the hosting of puppy yoga sessions, discounted gym memberships, and a function area.

Leonard Curtis Legal advised Utility Bidder on the lease. OBI Property is the agent for ABC Buildings.
