US inward investor to open Liverpool office

Global outsourcing specialist Service Source has retained CB Richard Ellis to find an office of up to 10,000 sq ft in Liverpool city centre.

The company needs the office for an initial 12-month commitment but is understood to want to expand rapidly and may need up to 40,000 sq ft.

Service Source intends to open the new facility in June 2010 subject to grant funding.

The firm operates sales and customer service call centres on behalf of its clients, which include Adobe, GE Healthcare and Sun Microsystems.
