UK Land/Pochin appoint new leisure agents on Exchange Flags

Knight Frank has replaced Cheetham & Mortimer as agent on the leisure units in UK Land & Property and Pochin's Exchange Flags in Liverpool.

The move follows the acquisition earlier this year of niche retail/leisure agency Markham Vaughan Gillingham by Knight Frank. Andrea George, associate, who joined as part of MVG, will handle the Exchange Flags account.

George is also instructed on David McLean/Nikal's Altair in Altrincham and Allied London's Spinningfields, Manchester.

Coffee Republic recently became the first leisure tenant to sign at the major office-led refurbishment since UK Land/Pochin acquired the prime assets from Bill Davies.

There are half a dozen leisure units ranging from 500 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft around the ground floor of the complex. Several are under offer with further deals expected to be announced by the New Year.

Knight Frank is also agent on the office element of Exchange Flags, alongside Keppie Massie and King Sturge.
