Three appointed at Gerald Eve

Gerald Eve has hired three new employees to its lease consultancy, rating and building consultancy teams in Manchester.

Stephen Woodford arrives as a lease consultancy partner from JLL. He has more than 25 years’ experience of the North West lease advisory, with a focus on industrial and business space, and clients including major corporates, Government departments and both local and national property companies.

In addition, Rick Paterson has joined as a senior associate in the rating team. Paterson has worked for 30 years at the Valuation Office Agency, where he was latterly a senior valuation executive and qualified caseworker.

Finally, James Plowman has been recruited as a senior surveyor in the building consultancy team. He previously worked for KPMG and Capita in Manchester, where he acted on refurbishment and fit-out projects in the retail, industrial, office, infrastructure and residential sectors.
