Tech company takes over former Bentley Motors Middlewich office

InHealth Intelligence has signed a 10-year lease for Universal House, a three-storey office block owned by Warehouse REIT.

Previously the home of Bentley Motors, the more than 23,700 sq ft Universal House sits within Midpoint 18 Business Park in Middlewich.

The deal was negotiated by Canning O’Neill on behalf of Warehouse REIT’s day-to-day management advisors Tilstone Partners. Jack Measom at BH2 represented the health software company.

John Nash, director at Canning O’Neill, praised Universal House’s office potential.

“Universal House offers exceptional, headquartered-style accommodation with ample car parking making it ideal for an organisation such as InHealth Intelligence,” Nash said.

“Middlewich is one of Cheshire’s main employment locations and the area itself offers a range of amenities both on Midpoint 18 Business Park and in Middlewich town centre.”

Tilstone asset manager Henrietta Daniels commended Canning O’Neill on finding a tenant.

“From appointing Canning O’Neill in mid-2022 they acted quickly to identify opportunities and we are absolutely delighted to have the property occupied ahead of the business plan,” she said.

“This is great news for the region and for a business park which continues to go from strength to strength.”

Warehouse REIT acquired Universal House from Hurstwood Holdings in 2021.
