Summer sales strong in Salford for Countryside
Countryside has sold 74 homes in two months at its New Broughton Village scheme in Salford.
The latest phase of 181 three and four-bedroom homes at New Broughton Village were released in May, 30% of which Countryside said have already been reserved off-plan.
Buyers have also been found for 10 of the 45 two- and three-bedroom homes at The Point development at New Broughton Village, which includes the first two-bedroom house available at the site.
Countryside launched New Broughton Village in 2006. The 183-acre site on the east side of Salford has so far seen the delivery of 900 homes.
Forming part of Salford Council's £500m investment in Lower Broughton, New Broughton Village includes the landscaped Ascension Park, the River View Primary School, a local church and a variety of shops and cafes, a dentist and a chemist.
Homes are available to purchase through the Help to Buy scheme, which enables buyers to own 100% of their home whilst receiving an equity loan of up to 20%.
House prices start at £124,950.
