Spotlight your community’s potential with Place Investment Tours

Local authorities can team up with Place North West on a bespoke event with investors, developers and more to showcase sites that are ripe for development.

Place will help plan the tour, source key property professionals from our network, and handle all day-of logistics. We will also provide a fully produced video with stakeholder interviews and drone footage of key sites, as well as a professional photo gallery.

After the event, we will publish an article to our audience of 300,000 engaged monthly readers, which will also be included in our daily briefing.

Paul Unger, publisher of Place, said: “We ran some enjoyable coach tours of Burnley, Cheshire East, and Rochdale back in the day and it’s great to be bringing tours back.

“It’s a great chance for the more progressive councils with vision and confidence to show what they have and tell their stories up close and personal. For people who might not have the time or resource to arrange visits themselves they are a great chance to discover new opportunities.”

Dino Moutsopoulos, commercial director at Place, agreed.

“At Place, we are proud to have helped the built environment for the last 15 years,” he said. “Investment tours are one of the best offerings we have for local authorities looking to reach known and unknown investors and developers.

“Using us to bring these people into towns and cities to see the sites available, makes deals happen so much quicker,” he continued. “These tours provide councils with a very hands-off, swift process that not only delivers investment but also raises the profile of the town and the opportunities within it. We hope to be doing many more tours in the near future.”

Investment tours begin at £12,000 plus VAT. To learn more, contact Dino Moutsopoulos or sales executive Tom Kerr.
