Sixteen welcomes associate director
Brad Angel has joined the Manchester-based estate and letting agency from his position at Cushman and Wakefield.
The senior building surveyor has been welcomed as Associate Director at Sixteen Real Estate. He has previously held positions at Savills and Knight Frank.
As part of Sixteen’s building consultancy team, Angel will provide specialist project management services to clients across all sectors.

Established in 2016, Sixteen employs 15 property surveyors. The company offers services on offices, industrial, investment, retail, and building consultancy.
Projects the team have advised on include the acquisition of 118,000 sq ft factory space by WUPKG, and a 300,000 sq ft industrial scheme in Salford.
Sixteen’s clients include Bruntwood, Mayfair Capital, Nissan, Chancerygate, and Custodian Capital.
