Rickett returns to take Savills’ Chester brief
The consultancy has strengthened its residential sales team in Cheshire with the appointment of Rosie Rickett as head of office.
Rickett will be in charge of Savills’ Chester office at Lower Bridge Street.
She joined Savills in 2019 and initially spent three years working across the region’s sales market before moving to London in 2022, where her role has been dedicated to selling prime country houses.
Alongside this role, Rosie is also a key member of the Savills equestrian team, specialising in selling everything from small paddocks to vast country estates, and from livery yards to equestrian centres.
She has also in her time pursued a successful equestrian career herself, which included being based in southern Germany for two years. More recently, she has completed Savills’ internal management training scheme.
Charlie Kannreuther, who has been instrumental in leading the Savills residential sales team in Chester since 2012, will still hold an important role in the region, specialising in the sale of country houses across Cheshire, the North West and the wider North of England, with Cheshire as his base.
Rickett, who will also be supported by a team including Pauline Kay and Wirral specialist Jamie Bradshaw, said: “To be given the opportunity to lead such a high performing and experienced team in the part of the world where I grew up is a huge privilege.
“Under Charlie’s leadership, our Chester office has been instructed on many of the area’s finest properties and I look forward to working with him and the team to continue to build on this.”
Cameron Ewer, head of residential sales in the North West of England, added: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Charlie for his outstanding contribution as head of the Chester office and residential team for more than a decade, whilst congratulating Rosie on her richly deserved new role and welcoming her back to her home county.”
