Segro signs concrete distributer in Trafford
The industrial landlord has secured a letting for Unit 16 at the 200,000 sq ft Premier Park within Trafford Park.
The 4,569 sq ft industrial unit has been taken by Kilsaran UK, an Irish company which specialises in the storage and distribution of concrete products. Kilsaran has taken the unit on a five-year lease for an undisclosed sum.
Hazel Lambert, senior leasing surveyor at Segro, said: "We have seen a surge in activity at Premier Park this year as it ticks all the boxes for businesses looking for high quality new build accommodation in this area.
"With BBC's relocation to Media City now in full swing, we expect to see this success continue as we benefit from the requirements of Media companies, and suppliers to the industry, looking for accommodation close to this thriving location."
