Savills adds to management instructions

Savills has been appointed by a private client to manage 52-56 Alderley Road in Wimslow, Cheshire.
The mixed-use property, which comprises 17,245 sq ft, of office and retail space, is currently let to a range of tenants including Biwater and Gascoigne Halman.
Matthew Whiteley, associate director at Savills, said: "This new instruction will be a good addition to our management portfolio and highlights our experience in managing mixed-use properties."
