BOOK NOW | Atom Valley and data centres to be discussed at Industrial & Logistics 2025

The 17m sq ft Atom Valley, one of the country’s largest employment developments, will be under the spotlight, while a discussion on data centres will provide attendees with an update on the booming sub sector.

In addition, Place North West’s Industrial & Logistics conference will provide a crucial temperature check of the sector as a whole and explore what developers, investors, and occupiers are thinking about its present and future.

Tritax Big Box Developments, Russell LDP, Blackpool Council, JLL, and Peloton Real Estate are among those confirmed to speak at Place’s annual update on the shed market.

Industrial & Logistics 2025 will be held at Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall on Thursday 1 May.
