IT company Computer Disposals has acquired a 34,500 sq ft unit in Astmoor Industrial Estate from Primefigure.
The detached property in Davy Road occupies a self-contained site near to the Mersey Gateway project and will benefit from the new river crossing and easy access to the M56.
Primefigure held the long leasehold interest of 99 years along with the freehold.
Following the acquisition, Computer Disposals will expand into the site from its current base in Higher Whitley, Warrington.
Primefigure was represented by DTZ and BE Group, while Matthews & Goodman acted for Computer Disposals.
