Rumford Investments appoints agent Newman in Liverpool
Alastair Newman, former agent for King Sturge in Liverpool, has been appointed as commercial marketing consultant for Rumford Investments.
Newman, who departed King Sturge in late January this year and has over 20 years experience within the North West agency market, has been appointed as consultant on the developer's 20 Chapel Street scheme in Liverpool.
Newman moved from the King Sturge Manchester office in 2003 to develop the Liverpool office and has been responsible for JP Morgan's move to Temple Street in 2005 and for the Bank of Ireland who became one of 20 Chapel Street's first tenants, seeing the bank move from its former premises in Castle Street to 20 Chapel Street in early 2007.
20 Chapel Street was completed in 2007 and features 150,000 sq ft of office space.
Hitchcock, Wright & Partners and DTZ will also remain as agents on the building working with Newman.
