Roundhouse hires from Taylors Solicitors

Lancashire-based Roundhouse Properties has appointed Colette Johnson as its head of legal.

Johnson joined from the Manchester office of Taylors Solicitors where she headed up the law firm's commercial property team. Prior to Taylors, she was with Turner Parkinson for 13 years where she oversaw the practice's commercial property department.

At Roundhouse Properties she will manage the legal aspects of the company's business and its office and industrial developments that are due to come to market, including the Momentum Business Centre at South Rings which work is due to start on early next year.
