Roger Hannah adds to building team

Building surveyor Matthew Godwin has joined Roger Hannah & Co in a relocation back to the region from the North East.

Roger Hannah said that Godwin has built up experience across both public and private sectors, adding that “his experience with project-related works will be an invaluable part of our expansion plans.”

Godwin started his consultancy career at Faithful+Gould in Newcastle and has experience delivering projects as contract administrator and employer’s agent.

Survey experience covers access audits, fire risk assessments and pre-acquisition surveys and condition surveys.

Godwin said: “The opportunity to join Roger Hannah & Co. within the Building Consultancy team was something I simply could not turn down.

“The business will help to progress my career over the coming years and I’m looking forward to helping the team develop and moving the business forward.”
