Regus opens centre at DWC
Serviced office operator Regus has opened a business centre at the Digital World Centre in Salford Quays.
Regus said the business centre will be its ninth in Manchester and is part of its plans to expand its regional presence to meet rising demand for high specification, flexible workspace and virtual business services.
Eliot Baker, a director of Digital World Centre's managing agent, Development & Construction Solutions, said: "We are delighted that Regus has chosen to open a business centre on three floors of the Digital World Centre. We have had a growing number of enquiries from businesses wanting office space opposite Media City UK and, although we offer office suites from 1,500 sq ft on fixed terms, companies will now have access to Regus' excellent flexible facilities.
"In addition to Regus, Transport Media has chosen DWC for their new headquarters and we are looking forward to welcoming Telegraph Media Group in May. Further lettings to media and IT companies will be announced soon."
The other eight Regus centres in Manchester are based in Spinningfields in Deansgate, Peter House in Oxford Street, Fountain Street, Exchange Quay, Didsbury's Towers Business Park, King Street, Manchester Business Park, and Cheadle Royal Business Park.
Regus' business centre at the Digital World Centre has approximately 200 workstations.
