Are you an aspiring young developer or housebuilder? This free event is designed to help you break into the industry.

Close Brothers Property Finance, in association with Place North West, is hosting the Tomorrow’s Developer event on Wednesday 8 March. You can get a taste of what to expect from this can’t-miss event by watching the video at the top of this article.

Register your interest

Held at BOX off Deansgate in Manchester, Tomorrow’s Developer will feature a mix of presentations, guest speakers, question-and-answer sessions, and networking drinks.

This is a chance for the next generation of housebuilders to make new connections and expand their network.

Expect to learn how to overcome the challenges facing young developers. Our experts will provide both inspiration and practical advice about housebuilding and being an entrepreneur.

In order to attend Tomorrow’s Developer you will need to meet at least some of the following criteria:

  • Be between 25 and 35 years old
  • Have at least two years of experience within the property/construction industry, i.e builder, solicitor, surveyor, estate agent, etc
  • Intend to kick-start your property development career
  • Preferably have completed a small project before
  • Ideally have some equity behind you whether from personal savings or family

Please note, you don’t need to meet all of the above criteria in order to attend.
