Push Doctor swaps Arkwright House for flex space

The online GP has moved out of 15,000 sq ft at the St Mary’s Parsonage building, opting to sign a deal for 30 desks in IWG-managed space at 3 Hardman Street in Spinningfields.

Push Doctor entered administration last November owing unsecured creditors £13.5m, according to an administrators report.

The firm was bought out by Square Health at the end of 2021 and the new owner was granted a six-month license to continue occupying the first floor at Arkwright House.

Now that period is up, Push Doctor is to relocate to a smaller office at 3 Hardman Street, a deal brokered by OBI Property.

“We’re delighted to have found Push Doctor their ideal space,” said Kate Malone, part of the transactions team at OBI.

“Ultimately, as the business adopts a more flexible approach to working, they are looking for the flexibility to upscale. Recently we’ve seen a huge increase in demand for flexible workspace options as the majority if not all businesses are now adopting hybrid working solutions.”

Push Doctor will join tenants including Pinsent Masons, Baker Tilly, Barclaycard, Bank of New York Mellon and Robert Walters at Mapletree’s 395,000 sq ft 3 Hardman Street.
