Priority Sites get go-ahead for Bootle offices

Regeneration specialist Priority Sites has obtained planning permission to develop an £11m business park in Bootle.
The Senate Business Park on Bridle Road, will contain a number of office suites ranging from 1,982 sq ft to 4,242 sq ft, which will sit alongside a 27,000 sq ft building at the gateway to the park. In total there will be 80,000 sq ft of office space.
The development will also incorporate a number of energy saving features.
