PPI firm expands with Orbit

Orbit Developments has leased 6,000 sq ft of office space to Crystal Legal Services at Gawsworth House, Crewe.

Crystal Legal Services specialise in financial services mis-selling such as mis-sold PPI claims and personal injury claims. The company was founded in 2009 and now employs 46 people with plans to double the headcount in the next six months.

Since the departure of previous tenant Focus DIY in October 2011, Orbit Developments has spent £300,000 refurbishing the reception, stairwells and office accommodation.

Paul McLeman, leasing director of Orbit Developments, said: "We have seen a real demand for Gawsworth House since the refurbishment programme completed. The building offers high quality, value for money office space in a professional business park environment. We expect to see the recent wave of interest in the building set to continue."
