Placefirst renews Place partnership to support growth plans

Placefirst and Place North will collaborate throughout 2025 to shine a light on the developer’s projects and bolster its mission to make a long-term difference in communities across the North.

Having seen the value of the 2024 relationship, Placefirst will continue to take advantage of Place North’s offer in 2025 in the form of comment pieces, video content, and roundtable discussions.

The developer is playing a leading role in the residential-led regeneration of towns across the North, including Halifax and Bolton.

To date, Placefirst has completed more than 1,500 homes, has another 642 under construction, and a further 1,000 in pre-development.

The firm hopes its 2025 Place partnership will provide more opportunities for collaboration with both the public and private sector.

Kirsty Jolley, head of marketing at Placefirst, said: “Delivering greater single-family housing options in high-population areas with limited rental options will remain a priority, as we continue to respond to the need for sustainable and community-oriented housing solutions in urban areas.

“Meeting our commitment to increasing quality, secure housing options requires collaboration, which is why we are proud to partner with Place North again. Their platform connects us to like-minded housebuilders, local authorities, and industry peers who share our vision of delivering long-term value to communities.”

Jolley added: “We look forward to a fruitful 2025 with Place North, embracing their reach to connect with industry leaders and collaborators as we continue to progress towards our goals.”

Dino Moutsopoulos, managing partner and head of commercial at Place North, said: “Renewing strategic agreements with partners such as Placefirst is what powers our team.

“We know our partners want a blend of comms, business development, and marketing, and this is what we offer Place Partners.”

Offering additional value to clients is always at the forefront of Place’s thinking, Moutsopoulos added.

“Having continued to choose Place North for their positioning and communications, Placefirst has again showed its commitment to our strategic relationship and their ambition to be bigger and better in 2025.

“I look forward to working with [chief executive] David Mawson, Kirsty Jolley, and the wider Placefirst team throughout next year.”
