Nolan Redshaw recruits graduate surveyors

Bury-based Nolan Redshaw has recruited two graduate surveyors following a number of acquisitions.

Andrew Ainsworth joined the professional department, which has represented landlords and tenants on rent reviews and lease renewals amounting to 700,000 sq ft of industrial space across the North West and Midlands area.

Neil Higson joined as a surveyor in the agency team, following lettings on Knowsley House in Bolton town centre by the department.

The agency team is also advising Ainscough Johnston on the 48-acre industrial site at Clifton Bow in Swinton, Salford, and recently acquired the lease on 32 Deansgate in Bolton on behalf of Skipton Building Society.
