Nolan Redshaw chosen to market Wigan industrial units

Northern Trust has instructed Nolan Redshaw to market a further 30,000 sq ft of accommodation at Martland Mill Industrial Estate in Wigan.

Located on Croftwood Square, the four units of approximately 7,500 sq ft can be taken individually or combined to form larger units.

Paul Nolan, at Nolan Redshaw, said: "After being instructed by Northern Trust to market a 24,000 sq ft warehouse unit elsewhere on Martland Mill as well as an 11,000 sq ft unit on Wheatlea Industrial Estate in November last year we have built a good relationship with the Trust. We hope to continue to build on this in the future and with such good flexible units, at competitive rents we expect them to be well received in the market."
