WHR adds to building team

WHR Property Consultants has recruited James Peeling from DTZ as a senior surveyor in its building consultancy team.

WHR handles the building surveying work for private and public clients including Manchester Airport Group and numerous primary schools.

John Edwards, partner at WHR, said: "We are very pleased to welcome James to join our expanding team. His experience and professionalism will enable us to continue to build our ever growing client base."

Meanwhile, Oliver Rowe has moved from the firm's office agency, which he joined almost three years ago, to join its investment team where he will be working with Mark Williams and Dan Crossley.

Gareth Buckley, a founding partner at the firm, added: "Oliver has proven to be a dedicated and valuable member of our team over the last few years and we are confident that his decision to move in to the investment side of the business will prove to be very successful."

Rowe added: "The WHR investment team has been involved in many of the highest profile and important transactions in the North West over the last 10 years. I am very excited to be part of this award winning team and look forward to the challenges ahead."
