Warrington council seeks asset manager

Warrington Borough Council is inviting tenders for a five-year contract to rpvioide asset management advice on the council's buildings.
The £320,000 contract will update the council's asset management plan database.
A shortlist of between five and ten firms will be drawn up.
Bidders have until 28 August to register their interest.
