Consultant Knight Frank has appointed two former Gerald Eve personnel to head its regional planning team.
Richard Walters, 33, will head the Manchester planning team, while Harry Spawton, also 33, joins him as partner. Both took up their roles on 1 February.
Walters, originally from Nottingham, started his career in the public sector before taking a planning consultancy position with RPS and then Gerald Eve. Manchester-born Spawton has spent much of his career working on residential, commercial and mixed-use developments in central London.
