Udunk puts Farnworth estate on market

Independent surveyor, Nolan Redshaw, has been instructed to market Farnworth Industrial Estate in Bolton on behalf of Oldham-based property company Udunk.

The 5.94-acre estate contains units ranging from 2,640 sq ft to 21,650 sq ft, with approximately 40,000 sq ft of freehold space available adjacent to the site. Existing occupiers at the industrial site include, Access Doors UK and JM Refrigeration.

Neil Higson of Nolan Redshaw said: "These units offer good motorway access, being close to the A666 which links to the North West motorway network. With two units already sold and a shortage of freehold industrial units on the market in this area, we expect there to be plenty of enquiries for the remaining space."

Roger Hannah & Co is joint agent on the site with Nolan Redshaw.
