UCLan names team on Engineering Innovation Centre

SimpsonHaugh & Partners with Reiach & Hall Architects will lead on the design of the £30m EIC at the University of Central Lancashire’s Preston campus, while BDP has been appointed to provide engineering advice.
AA Projects will project manage the development along with providing cost management and health & safety services.
Construction of the UCLan EIC will begin in early 2016 as one of the first stages of the University’s £200m campus redevelopment, which was masterplanned by Allies & Morrison.
Completion is scheduled for 2018.
The UCLan EIC is part-funded by a £10m government grant as part of the Lancashire Growth Deal announced at the start of 2015.
