Turley Associates to prepare Fylde Coast housing study

Planning consultancy Turley Associates has been appointed by Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre councils to prepare a strategic housing market assessment for the Fylde Coast area.

The assessment will provide a long-term view of the type and tenure of housing required, as well as estimates of affordable housing need.

The assessment will be undertaken by Turley Associates' new economic planning team.
