Trio join MAG agents
MAG Developments, the property side of Manchester Airports Group, has extended its agency team with King Sturge, P3 and WHR joining the established advisers of DTZ, CB Richard Ellis and RPS.
WHR Property Consultants was jointly appointed with CBRE to let office space at MAG Developments' Voyager office building, next to the £120m rail station. Voyager has suites from 853 sq ft up to 58,600 sq ft available and recently became the new home of the Manchester Investment Development Agency Service, Midas.
King Sturge and P3 Property Consultants were appointed to work with MAG Developments' industrial offering at the World Freight Terminal.
MAG Developments' investment portfolio is valued at £320m, comprising 5,000 acres, more than 200 buildings and 850 customers.
