Acting on behalf of Royal London Asset Management, the industrial agency team at CBRE and Hitchcock Wright & Partners have completed 10,000 sq ft of trade counter lettings to Arco and Toolstation at Junction 8 Trade and Business Park in Ellesmere Port.
Arco has signed for 5,100 sq ft and Toolstation has taken 4,913 sq ft, with both deals on 10-year leases. The deals follow the 2,914 sq ft letting to Granite Options and 1,993 sq ft letting to Owen Springs, while existing tenants Ealing Community Transport and J8 Tile & Stone have expanded into a further 8,318 and 5,820 sq ft respectively.
The deals take the total lettings at the business park to 29,000 sq ft within the last 6 months.
Junction 8 Trade and Business Park has recently been refurbished and provides a variety of industrial warehouse units from 1,800 sq ft.
Existing occupiers include Edmundson Electrical, City Plumbing Supplies, Howdens Joinery, Screwfix, Speedy Hire, Wolesley Royal Mail and City Electrical Factors.
