Three Nations moves into Preston warehouse

Licensed trade supplier Three Nations has occupied the 40,000 sq ft unit 148 at Walton Summit Centre in Bamber Bridge, Preston.

The company has agreed a six year lease with Anglesea Capital and Evander Properties.

The warehouse was previously occupied by removal and storage firm Pickfords.

Daniel Burn, senior associate at King Sturge, said: "Unit 148 is one of the most modern on this popular and strategically located estate. Following a comprehensive refurbishment, we were not surprised with the level of interest that was generated. We were delighted to secure the letting to Three Nations well ahead of our client's anticipated disposal date."

King Sturge represented Anglesea Capital and Evander Properties in the deal and Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons acted for Three Nations.
