Founded in Preston, TEG is responsible for the design and installation of specialised plant and equipment for the composing of organic wastes.

Angela Caldwell from Westmarch Investments from said: "We are delighted to welcome the TEG Group to our Buckshaw Office Park development. Working closely with TEG from the outset, we were able to tailor the premises to meet their exact space requirement. We have 4,285 sq ft remaining on the first floor and 8,842 sq ft on the ground floor of this prestigious building available for immediate occupation."

Robert Pinkus & Co acted for TEG while CB Ellis is the joint agent for Westmarch.
