TEG signs to Westmarch scheme

Organic waste company The TEG Group has taken more than 4,000 sq ft office space on a ten-year lease at the new Buckshaw Office Park development at Buckshaw Village, Chorley.

The company's expansion has led to a need for larger premises, and so the company will relocate from its existing building at Sceptre Point, Bamber Bridge, Preston, to the 4,531 sq ft office at Westmarch Investments' development.

Founded in Preston, TEG is responsible for the design and installation of specialised plant and equipment for the composing of organic wastes.

Angela Caldwell from Westmarch Investments from said: "We are delighted to welcome the TEG Group to our Buckshaw Office Park development. Working closely with TEG from the outset, we were able to tailor the premises to meet their exact space requirement. We have 4,285 sq ft remaining on the first floor and 8,842 sq ft on the ground floor of this prestigious building available for immediate occupation."

Robert Pinkus & Co acted for TEG while CB Ellis is the joint agent for Westmarch.
