Targetfollow gets Stockport consent for Grand Central

Norwich-based developer Targetfollow has won consent for its biggest scheme in the North West, the £100m mixed-use Grand Central in the centre of Stockport, Greater Manchester.

Targetfollow is planning a 130-room hotel, 200 apartments and a car park on Wellington Road South.

The company also owns Metropolitan House in Old Trafford and is planning a development with the Piccadilly Partnership on Whitworth Street in Manchester.

DTZ, Savills, Tushingham Moore and Longstaff & Associates are all advisers to Targetfollow on Grand Central.
