Sweett promotion for Sale

Rob Sale has been promoted to the position of senior director with responsibility for Sweett Group's operations across the north of England, including its offices in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and Newcastle.

He was previously director of the international property and infrastructure consultancy's Manchester office.

His promotion is one of a number aimed at strengthening Sweett Group's European management team.

Sale has been with Sweett Group since 1996 and has been responsible for the delivery of key projects in the region including the Manchester Arndale Extension, No 1 and 2 New York Street, City Tower and MediaCityUK.

He is currently responsible for a range of projects, including First Street, Citylabs, Manchester Business School, Ancoats Retail Park and the Macclesfield Town Centre Redevelopment.

Ken WoodKen Wood, pictured left, who was previously responsible for the group's operations in the north of England, is now leading the group's growing infrastructure portfolio, including the rail, aviation and energy sectors.

Colin Bartlett, a senior Director with responsibility for Sweett Group's UK project management service offering, has also joined the Group's European management team.
