Surveyor hired at Blackburn firm
Lea Hough & Co has appointed Martin Kerry from Connells Group as a senior valuation surveyor.
Kerry has thirty years' experience in residential survey and valuation services. For the last fourteen years, he worked at Connells covering the Lancashire area.
He joined Lee Hough to expand the survey and valuation services offered by the practice and to meet growing demand. He will support leading partners Richard Prest and Tony Lea.
Prest said: "It is important to us to have a varied and experienced team made up of surveyors with different and specialist skills, and when it comes to valuations, local knowledge is essential. Martin brings to the practice a wealth of valuation experience having been North West based throughout his entire career."
The new role follows a period of growth and development for Lea Hough & Co which announced two new partners Michael Harrison and David Bailey in the last two years.
Established 30 years ago, Lea Hough & Co provide specialist advice and services relating to surveys, valuations, building design, planning and project management, right through to sales and lettings.The office is in Phoenix Park.
