Stobart closes in on Gladman’s Manor Park 360

Cheshire-based developer Gladman is in advanced discussions with logistics giant Stobart over a deal at the 367,860 sq ft distribution unit in Runcorn.

Gladman's vacant unit is part of the 300-acre Manor Park off the Daresbury Expressway, held in various ownerships.

Stobart, which already has facilities in the area including the 3MG multi-modal terminal in Widnes, is believed to be negotiating a leasehold deal. Quoting rents are £4.75/sq ft and freehold price £60/sq ft.

WHR and Lambert Smith Hampton are advising Gladman. Stobart is advised by GVA Grimley. All parties declined to comment.
