Speke office building let

International House, a three-storey headquarters office building in south Liverpool totaling 25,877 sq ft, has been let in its entirety to marketing company Communisis UK on a 10-year lease.

Mason Partners and CBRE acted for the landlord, Guernsey-based Jolivet Investments.

International House was developed five years ago by Gladman as part of the Hurricane Court scheme.

Jon Swain of Mason Partners said: "Communisis were already a major occupier in Estuary Business Park and our client is delighted that International House has been selected to accommodate the company's expanding operations."

BNP Paribas acted for the tenant.
