Smith & Sons has announced details of its last auction of the year on 2 December with 24 lots available.
The auction is a mix of residential and commercial opportunities including a pair of semi-detached houses in School Lane, New Ferry, combined to make a single property complete with a detached swimming pool room, first-floor gymnasium and games room. The property is available with a guide price of £115,000.
Another lot is a detached dormer bungalow close to Thurstaston Country Park in Irby guided at £150,000-£160,000.
Four parcels of lands are available, with three Birkenhead plots set at guide prices of £10,000-£15,000 suitable for commercial storage or development. Another piece of land, again in Birkenhead, could be developed for residential purposes.
Vacant houses in need of refurbishment are being offered in Birkenhead and Wallasey, while flats and maisonettes in South Villas and Grove Road in Wallasey are on offer as investment opportunities.
Chris Johnson, auctioneer at Smith & Sons said: "Savvy buyers and investors will naturally follow wider housing trends, with an ever increasing demand for more homes well as houses suited for multiple occupation. Auction provides a great platform from which to develop or expand a portfolio or indeed as the market begins to find its feet after the downturn."
The Smith & Sons Christmas auction is due to be held on the 2 December, at 2pm at the Village Hotel in Bromborough.
