Vicarage Fields Caravan Park in Allonby, Cumbria has been sold to a private local purchaser by receivers for in excess of the £650,000 asking price.
The 4.3-acre site in Beach Road contains 69 static pitches and has a site licence for a total of 80 holiday caravans.
The business entered receivership in February 2013 and was offered for sale by Colliers International on behalf of LPA Receiver Phillip Deyes of Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group.
Vicarage Fields includes a three-bedroom detached home that can be used by the park owner or as a holiday letting.
The park was acquired by a new entrant to the holiday park sector.
