Rok transfers Wilmslow business park JV to RBS

Rok Developments has reportedly transferred its interest in Wilmslow Office Park in south Manchester to partner Royal Bank of Scotland.

The £50m park has planning permission for 205,000 sq ft but development is on hold.

The transfer is a result of parent company Rok's plans to close its commercial property arm, Rok Developments, last year.

Rok has since been seeking to sell Rok Developments sites or, if they are in joint ventures, transfer them to partners.
