Manchester-based PR and social media consultancy, Roland Dransfield, has announced four new property wins, across retail, offices and residential sectors.
The Co-operative Food instructed Roland Dransfield to handle the social media strategy at this year's BCSC Conference & Exhibition held at ACC Liverpool. RDPR is responsible for engaging with delegates as well as raising the food retailer's profile among specific sectors and supporting the expansion programme to deliver new stores in the UK.
Jones Lang LaSalle's residential team appointed RDPR to handle a new social media strategy to market its North West portfolio of sales and lettings opportunities. RDPR will be targeting potential buyers and tenants via a Twitter and Facebook campaign.

RDPR will work with Bolton-based developers, Hamill Investments, on its serviced office centres including recently acquired Regatta House at Clipper Quay, Salford Quays.
Finally, Derwent Holdings instructed RDPR to handle PR and social media for Ellesmere Shopping Centre, Walkden.
