Quorum completes deal in Skelmersdale

Quorum Estates has let 27,000 sq ft of industrial space in Glebe Road, Skelmersdale to construction firm SB Training.
The tenant signed a six-year lease at an undisclosed sum and is relocating from three existing depots under one roof with space for expansion.
Darren Hill, senior surveyor at CB Richard Ellis, advising Quorum, said: "Aside from being positive news for the market in Skelmersdale, this deal proves that the right building in the right location will still generate demand despite adverse market conditions."
Davies Harrison acted as joint agent alongside CBRE.
