There are more than 70 lots on offer at the next Pugh & Co auction in Manchester.
The catalogue is now online with Pugh's usual mix of investment and development opportunities marketed on behalf of corporate clients, banks, receivers and asset managers.
The Manchester auction on 13 June will be the largest of Pugh's four auctions next month; Liverpool on 11 June and Newcastle and Leeds, both due to be held on 6 June.
Redevelopment opportunities include the vacant Kiss bar and nightclub premises in Oldham with a top guide of £85,000 and the former print hall of the Rochdale Observer, on with a top guide of £150,000.
