NextGear Capital UK has taken the final unit at International House in Kingsfield Court, part of Chester Business Park, on a 10-year lease.
The agreement on the 5,504 sq ft unit means that the recently refurbished 25,000 sq ft property is now fully let. Quoting rent on the scheme is £15 per sq ft.
NextGear Capital UK joined the Funding Corporation and Diners Club International at International House, which is owned by Liverpool-based Prospect GB.
Neil Waddington, managing director of Prospect GB, said: "Our comprehensive refurbishment programme has transformed International House. We also recently completed a similar renovation at Montell House, also located within Kingsfield Court, offering circa 10,000 square feet of Grade A office space which is ready for immediate occupation."
