Cheshire West & Chester Council is seeking project management consultants to steer its Barons Quay and Northgate developments through to delivery.
Barons Quay is the £80m town centre redevelopment of Northwich being built by Balfour Beatty.
Northgate, pictured, is the £300m Chester city centre retail-led development now being delivered by Rivington Land and designer ACME.
The council said as Barons Quay moves to delivery phase and Northgate progresses through to a hybrid planning application, "a broad spectrum of project management services will be required to deliver the schemes for the council."
The estimated value of the contract would be up to £1.5m. The contract will be for an initial two years with the option of four one-year extensions.
Five companies are expected to be invited to tender. The deadline for expressions of interest is 5 September.
