Prestige car retailer opens in Gemini

Supercar retailer, Vanrooyen, has signed a five-year lease with Downham Properties on a 6,100 sq ft unit in Gemini Park, Warrington for storage and retail display.

Martin Rylands of Vanrooyen commented "Gemini Park suited us perfectly due to modern corporate image of the estate, its monitored CCTV security and the M62 motorway and also being located near to Ikea, which is a well-known landmark in Warrington."

The letting is the second to be secured in Gemini Park in as many weeks by agents Jones Lang LaSalle following Mirmac Interiors' 4,500 sq ft deal.

Richard Johnson, associate director of Jones Lang LaSalle in Manchester, said: "This second deal in Gemini Park hot on the heels of Mirmac's letting demonstrates the development's strength in the current market. Vanrooyen successfully obtained a planning change of use to use Unit 12 as a showroom and were determined to take this particular unit since there were no other suitable options available in the area. We wish them every success with their new business venture."

Jones Lang LaSalle advised the landlord with Eileen Bilton Partnership acting as joint letting agent.
