Pochin’s director cashes in £9,500 of shares

Publicly listed property group Pochin's said director Jonathan Pochin has sold a small part of his stake in the business.

The 10,000 shares were sold last Wednesday at a price of 95p a share. Jonathan Pochin retains 421,009 shares, equivalent to 2.02% of the business.

He is managing director of the construction division of the group, based in Middlewich, Cheshire.

Shares in Pochin closed at 105p on Friday, valuing the business at £21.8m.
