Pin launches refurbed warehouses

Pin Property has completed the refurbishment of 60,000 sq ft of units at Astmoor Industrial Estate, Runcorn.
The Warrington-based developer and investor bought the warehouses from Caisson in November 2015.
Four units on Brindley Road totalling 46,225 sq ft and Unit 35 on Arkwright Road, 12,510 sq ft, have been refurbished with new external cladding, internal offices and large concrete yards.
Retained agents on the scheme are Altus Eileen Bilton, BE Group and B8 Real Estate, all of whom are based locally.
Pin’s commercial and marketing director, Imran Younus, said: “Astmoor’s proximity to the new Mersey Gateway and its status as Business Improvement District means it is an ideal location for companies looking to relocate to the North West.”
